Shipping & Returns
1. Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com (FIE Maksim Popov, registry code 14963417) will dispatch Products only after the receipt of the payment.
2. The Sales Contract enters into force after the receipt of the payment made by the Purchaser to the Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com’s bank account.
3. Delivery may take up to 7-21 days.
3.1. If the delivery is delayed, the Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com’s customer support will arrange with the Purchaser a convenient delivery time.
4. In order to avoid delivery delays, the order forms have to be filled in carefully and the delivery information submitted should be accurate and valid.
5. Free shipping in Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) from 30 € (up to 5 kg), except DPD courier service.

7. For orders outside the Baltic States, the Purchaser should choose a suitable shipping method.
7.1. The delivery times depend on the country of destination and the chosen delivery service.
8. Any goods damaged during transportation, but not packaging, will be replaced to the Purchaser.
9. Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com shall not be held responsible for a delay in delivery, if the goods were handed over to logistics partners on time, but the delivery was delayed due to circumstances that Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com could not foresee or control.
1.1. After receiving the Products from the Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com (FIE Maksim Popov, registry code 14963417), the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the online shop within 14 days. Should the Purchaser find the Product unsuitable, s/he can return it to the Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com without giving any reason.
1.1.1. The term to withdraw from the agreement expires after 14 days starting from the day when the Purchaser or a third person appointed by the Purchaser came into the possession of the Products.
1.2. The right of withdrawal shall not apply, if the Products were delivered to the Purchaser in closed packaging that is not subject to return for hygiene or health protection reasons, or if they have been opened by the Purchaser after delivery (cosmetic products etc.).
1.2.1. A 14-day withdrawal period shall not apply to the following Products, if:
22.214.171.124. the Product is produced taking into account the Purchaser’s individual needs;
126.96.36.199. the Product is produced according to conditions set out by the Purchaser;
188.8.131.52. the Product is mixed or diluted with some other product so that they can no longer be separated from each other.
1.3. Upon receiving the returned Products, Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com shall return to the Purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days from the day of the submission of the request for withdrawal, all of the payments received from the Purchaser for the returned Products.
1.3.1. If it proves inevitable that the Purchaser should send the Product at his/her own expense, the total amount (Product and delivery costs) shall be reimbursed no later than within 14 days as of the receipt the request for return of the Product. Attention! The cost of the return postage is reimbursed for Estonia, Lithuania orders only.
1.4. The Purchaser has to return the Product to Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com immediately but not later than within 14 days from the day s/he informed Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com of his/her wish to return the Product. The Product can be returned to:
1.4.1. Customer Service Department in Tallinn, Estonia at Nõmme-Kase tn 12B/4;
1.4.2. Pick Up Office in Vilnius, Lithuania at Vilhelmo Šopeno g. 3.
1.5. The deadline is deemed met if the Purchaser returns the Product before expiry of the 14-day period.
1.6. Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com has the right to refuse repayment until the returned Product is received back or the Purchaser has submitted evidence that s/he has sent the Product back, depending on which takes place earlier.
1.7. If the Purchaser wants to avoid compensating for the decrease in the value of the Product, s/he must treat and use the Product only in the manner that would be generally allowed in a store, and the Product must be returned in its original packaging and in its entirety (all of the items included in the product packaging must be present along with any gifts added by Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com). If the Purchaser uses the Product in any other way than is necessary to verify its nature and functioning, or returns the Product without its original packaging and without its initial full set, the Purchaser shall be held responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product.
1.7.1. If the condition of the Product to be returned has deteriorated, the Purchaser is responsible for the decreased value of the Product due to its use only if the Product has been used in any other way than is necessary to verify its nature, qualities and functioning. To verify the object's nature, qualities and proper functioning, the Purchaser should treat and use the object only in the manner that would be generally allowed in a store.
1.8. Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com has the right to present claims to the Purchaser regarding the decrease in the value of the Product within one month as of the receipt of the returned Product.
1.9. If the Purchaser has used or tested the returned Product in any other way than is necessary to verify its nature, qualities and functioning, or in the manner that would not be generally allowed in a store, the Purchaser shall be held responsible for the decreased value of the Product, and Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com has the right to deduct this sum from the amount subject to repayment to the Purchaser. If the Purchaser does not agree to the decrease in the value as indicated by Online Cosmetics Store Maxklap.com, the Purchaser has the right to involve an independent expert in order to establish the decreased value of the Product. The costs related to the independent expert assessment shall be incurred by the party whose opinion proved to be unfounded.
1.10. If the Purchaser does not receive the Product s/he had ordered, or the Product delivered does not correspond to the description provided on the web page, or the Product appears defective, the Purchaser can, instead of submitting a request for withdrawal within 14 days, use his/her lawful right to present a complaint.
